General Standard Terms and Conditions for Users

The present general standard terms and conditions are effective as of Jan. 1, 2023.

General provisions

OneClickMindmap is a package of online services (the “Service”), which provides courses and testing tools based on original scientific researches for mental health professionals.

The Service is available for the users of OneClickMindmap at oneclickmindmap.com URL address (the “Website”).

These policies and procedures shall be applied to all OneClickMindmap products sold on this site or any other site owned by OneClickMindmap that includes a link to this page.

Steps of subscription

1. Ordering

Our services can be ordered after signing up to the Service via the Website, in the course of which the User shall represent that he/she accepts the present General Standard Terms and Conditions and our license agreement. In the course of ordering the Service, the User provides the Operator with its invoicing details (name, address, VAT number) if it did not take place earlier. Our products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

After ordering our products we provide you a personal entrance link to our services which is for your personal use only. Our services are not available for organizations.

2. Payment

The service fee shall be paid with credit card.

3. Rescission & Subscription Cancellations

100% money back guarantee covers price of product only. 100% money back guarantee does not cover handling fee due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try the product. For rescission customers must contact our customer service via e-mail: support@oneclickmindmap.com

Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be returned back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account. You have FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the date of the original purchase to the rescission of your order to receive your refund. Any return received after the FOURTEEN (14) DAY time limit will not be processed.

4. Invoicing

In case of annual Subscription, the Operator shall issue electronic invoice for the Users which sent to the User electronically. The User definitely acknowledges and accepts that the Operator is entitled to issue electronic invoices.

Handling of complaints and other requests

The Operator shall investigate and respond to the complaint within 30 days from its receipt.

Modification of the General Standard Terms and Conditions

The Operator shall be entitled to modify the present General Standard Terms and Conditions. The operator reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions in its sole or absolute discretion at any time, with or without any notice to you.
